The X-Ray Center of the TU Wien offers measurements of X-ray structure data collections, structure solutions and refinements of data sets in the single crystal range. Furthermore, qualitative and quantitative phase analysis can be performed for polycrystalline materials. Stress and texture measurements can be offered for bulk samples as well as for thin films. Please direct technical enquiries to the laboratory using the form below.

The XRC also offers training courses in diffraction techniques and special training on the equipment for students and staff of TU Wien.
