Given the ever-increasing demand for and dependence on wireless services, ensuring that wireless networks are sustainable, scalable, and resilient has become a critical challenge. In this presentation, we will delve into innovative adaptive strategies for smart resource allocation that adapt to the dynamic nature of network conditions, thereby optimizing performance and ensuring reliability. We will specifically explore the integration of reinforcement learning with game-theoretic principles and economic risk assessment to develop resource allocation methods. These methods will be applied to scenarios such as mobile crowdsensing, mobile edge computing, and millimeter wave communications, demonstrating their potential to enhance the network’s sustainability, scalability, and resilience.
