Senior Post-doc
I am developing thermodynamic databases based on Calphad method for technological application. Based on the optimization of binary and ternary systems, the thermodynamic modeling is extended to multicomponent systems Fe-, Al- and Ni-based alloys. The successful results of the thermodynamic multicomponent database are then used for predictive kinetic precipitation simulation.
I am particularly interested by the complex intermetallic phases such as σ-, G-phase. The present research topic involves comprehensive studies of phase equilibria, crystallographic behavior in complex systems and their relationship in industrial alloys.
